MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF VIDYALAYA MANAGEMENT

Meeting held on Monday, August 10th 2009

.

The meeting of VMC of KV Muzaffarnagar was held in the Principal’s office on Monday 10^th August 2009 at 1300 hrs as scheduled.

Sh. Amrit Abhijat (DM) Muzaffarngar and chairman VMC KV Muzaffarnagar chaired the meeting.

Following members were present in the meeting:

The principal Smt. Rama Raghuram Member Secretary, welcomed all the members, thereafter members gave their introduction to the chairperson.

Later the agenda of the meeting was taken up.

1.       The members of the VMC were apprised about the various achievements of the vidyalaya regarding the result of all classes and specially Board classes for the year 2008-09.

2.       The proposal for re-constitution of VMC for further period of three year was put up before the committee and was approved.

COMMITEE HELD ON MONDAY,30TH MARCH 2009

The meeting of the Vidyalaya Management Committee of Kendriya Vidyalaya Muzaffarnagar was held in the Principal office on Monday,30th March,2009 at 02-30 PM as scheduled.

Sh. Bhuvnesh Kumar,D.M. Muzaffarnagar and Chairman of VMC KV MZNchaired the meeting.

Following members were present in the meeting.

The Prinicipal Smt. Rama Raghuram Members Secretary welcomed all the members thereafter members gave their intoduction to the chairperson.

Later, the agenda of the meeting was taken up.

1. The members of the Vidyalaya Management Committee were apprised about the various achievements of the Vidyalaya regardinh the result of all classes for the year 2008-2009 and conduct of the Annual Sports Meet 2008, regional Sports Meet(Kho-Kho Girls 2008) held in the Vidyalaya from 4-9-08 to 6-9-08. The Vidyalaya has also conducted the coaching camp of the Kho-Kho Girls regional team in the Vidyalaya campus w.e.f. 05-10-2008 to 10-10-2008.

2. The final expenditure of the Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi Fund account for the eyar 2008-09 and the Budget for the year 2009-20 of VVN was approved and it was decoded that more funds should be allocated for purchase of furniture and fixture, Books for Vidyalaya Library, purchase of one water cooler and installation of EPABX in the Vidyalaya.

3. It was proposed by the chairman that the campus of the Vidyalaya should be cleaned with the help of the students of Bharat Scout and Guide under "Shram Dan" campaign.

4. Regarding cleanliness of the Vidyalaya campus and removing of the garbage, it was suggested by the chairman that a leeter should be sent to the Muzaffarnagar Municipal authorities for making the necessary arrangements for removing the garbage from the camous at least once in a week under intimation to the Hon'ble chairman
